I had my truck in for warranty work and they called to inform me of what they found. There was also a recall which the completed. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. I would trust Capital Ford for all my service requiremens

I recently purchased a new Lincoln from Capital Lincoln in Regina and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Wayne and Scott genuinely worked to earn my business, and they did. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and never made me feel pressured.
The delivery experience was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. My vehicle was beautifully detailed and waiting for me in a private lounge area with a large red bow on top, making the whole experience feel truly special.
Wayne, with the help of Saul, took the time to thoroughly explain every feature and option on the vehicle and helped me set up my phone and other important applications. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded my expectations.
Another bonus was their selection of vehicles. They had plenty of inventory on the lot, making it easy to compare models and find exactly what I was looking for.
Overall, this was by far the best vehicle purchasing experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and a first-class buying experience.
