Had a very good experience with Capital Ford Lincoln! Darcy explained things very well and shows me pictures of what he was explaining which helped a lot. The last 3 vehicles I had had are and have been Ford and I have been very happy with all of them!

I needed winter tire and rims for my half ton, I called everywhere else thinking that Ford would be the most expensive. I was wrong. My wife and I recently bought a certified pre owned Lincoln from Capital Lincoln. Our experience started with a friendly call from Aaron C, one of the sales team. He was very good to deal with. Sent a mini video to help us view from a distance. Was quick to answer questions and made the experience enjoyable. Darren in finance was also very helpful, friendly and accommodating .

Huge shoutout to Tyler in the service department! I had some big issues and some small ones but he was there to help with the same enthusiasm for both. I got very prompt and clear communication every step of the way and he even went above and beyond changing out my key fob batteries when he noticed they were low. Thanks again Tyler, I'll be asking for you every time I need something at Capital Ford!
