Getting my vehicle serviced can usually be a hassle, but their courtesy shuttle made it so easy to get to and from work. The team at the service desk was super friendly, and when I almost forgot to mention I needed an oil change, they proactively offered it. Overall, a really great experience!

I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing my 2026 Bronco Sport at Ford! The customer service from start to finish was outstanding.
Brady was fantastic to deal with, taking the time to walk us through all the information and helping us get the deal done. Brittany made the financing process smooth and stress-free, and Abbi was wonderful when it came to showing me all the features of my new vehicle, hooking up my phone, and making sure I was ready to hit the road.
All three went above and beyond to make the experience such a positive one. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed, and I truly appreciated how helpful and welcoming everyone was. We very recently bought our second vehicle from Capital Ford. Amazing service! We had sent an inquiry in by email about the vehicle we were interested in and received a response within 45 mins. When we went in to view the vehicle it was ready for us at the specified time and everything from there was smooth and there was no pressure or surprises. Jon Barabash from Sales was very personable and great to deal with. Will absolutely deal with him again in the future.
